Alexi began his career in finance, developing a strong analytical foundation in investment strategy, financial systems, and data-driven decision making. Over time, his focus expanded into technology and systems architecture, where he became known for designing sophisticated infrastructure that connects complex data environments into clear, actionable intelligence.
Today, he serves as Chief Technology Officer at Iron Capital Equities and Arc Boutant, where he oversees the development of technology systems that support investment analysis, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. Alexi is also the creator and lead architect of Bremus intelligence-powered Citrus, a proprietary CRM and intelligence platform designed to unify marketing data, analytics, communications, and operational workflows into a single integrated environment.
His work sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and systems design—building platforms that transform fragmented data into structured insight and giving organizations the tools to operate with greater clarity, intelligence, and precision.
Growing up in London, England and then New York City, Alexi was surrounded by both technology and design from an early age. As the son of creative strategist Phaedra Philippoussis, he naturally absorbed the world of web development and digital systems while watching his mother build websites and code late into the night. At the same time, long journeys on the Underground and New York subway became an informal classroom. Riding trains as a child, he and his mother would turn the commute into a game—studying the advertising in stations and on train cars, discussing why certain designs caught the eye, how messages were structured, and what made campaigns memorable. These experiences quietly shaped his curiosity about how systems work, how information is structured, and how technology and communication intersect—an influence that continues to inform the platforms and intelligence systems he develops today.
